Operator: XLabs SolutionsLast reviewed: 2026-03-16PrivacyTerms

This Privacy Policy applies to the xLabs Reporting Portal, a client-facing reporting product operated by XLabs Solutions. It is intended as a practical baseline for public product use and may require legal review before final public launch in every jurisdiction.

1. What this product does

xLabs Reporting Portal helps agencies and their clients view marketing reporting data in one place. Depending on the integrations enabled for a workspace, the product may connect to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and similar marketing or analytics systems.

2. Information we process

We may process the following categories of information:

  • account information such as user names, email addresses, workspace membership, and account roles
  • connection metadata needed to identify linked advertising or marketing accounts
  • connected platform credentials or refresh tokens needed to access the authorized reporting APIs
  • reporting data pulled from connected platforms, including aggregated spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, revenue-related measures, and sync status metadata
  • operational records such as audit logs, sync history, errors, and security events

3. Connected platform credentials

When a workspace connects a third-party platform, the product may store access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers, and related connection metadata needed to maintain the reporting integration. Those credentials are sensitive operational data and are not intended for public display.

Connected credentials are used to retrieve authorized reporting data, maintain connection health, refresh tokens where supported, and support auditability of integration activity.

4. How we use data

We use the information described above to:

  • authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls
  • establish and maintain authorized third-party integrations
  • ingest, normalize, store, and display reporting data
  • support operational monitoring, debugging, and audit review
  • protect the service against abuse, unauthorized access, and fraud
  • comply with contractual, legal, or security obligations

5. Data sources and third-party dependency

Reporting data shown in the product depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. Availability, completeness, attribution logic, and freshness may depend on those external systems. Platform-reported metrics may not exactly match other internal analytics or source-of-truth systems.

6. Operator access

Authorized XLabs Solutions operators may access limited customer data when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate integration failures, maintain the service, or respond to security issues. We do not represent that all access is fully automated or entirely hands-off.

7. Retention

We retain account records, connection records, reporting data, and operational logs for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, preserve reporting continuity, investigate incidents, meet contractual requirements, or comply with law. Exact retention periods may vary by deployment, workspace agreement, and data class.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect credentials, reporting data, and account information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should not assume any connected platform or hosted system is risk-free.

9. Customer responsibilities

Workspace owners and users are responsible for:

  • connecting only accounts they are authorized to use
  • keeping their login credentials secure
  • removing or rotating third-party credentials when access should end
  • reviewing exported or shared reports before using them for legal, tax, financial, or contractual decisions

10. International and third-party processing

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, data stores, background job systems, and provider APIs. As a result, information may be processed by service providers or external platforms in jurisdictions other than the end user’s location.

11. Contact

For privacy or data-handling questions about xLabs Reporting Portal, contact XLabs Solutions using the support or account contact provided for your workspace or service agreement. Before broad public launch, this section should be updated with a monitored public privacy contact.
