Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the xLabs Reporting Portal, a client-facing reporting product operated by XLabs Solutions. They are intended as a practical product baseline and may require legal review before final public launch in every jurisdiction.

1. Service scope

xLabs Reporting Portal provides workspace-based marketing reporting, connection management, and related operational features. The service may rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and other external systems to retrieve data.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use the service only if you are authorized to access the workspace and any third-party accounts you connect. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service and any connected accounts complies with your own contractual and legal obligations.

3. Account and workspace responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• keeping account credentials secure
• maintaining accurate workspace and contact information
• managing user access appropriately within your organization
• disconnecting integrations that should no longer remain active

4. Connected platform use

When you connect Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, or another platform, you authorize the service to access the data and metadata permitted by that connection. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and API limits.

5. Reporting data and accuracy

The service presents platform-reported or normalized reporting data for operational use. We do not guarantee that reporting outputs will be free from delay, omission, attribution differences, or third-party platform discrepancies. Reports should not be treated as legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

6. Availability and service changes

The service is provided on an ongoing basis, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, provider API issues, credential expiry, feature changes, or security controls. XLabs Solutions may update, limit, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• access or connect accounts without authorization
• interfere with the service, platform APIs, or other users
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections
• use the service in a way that violates law, third-party terms, or another party’s rights

8. Credentials, tokens, and security

The service may store and use connected platform credentials or tokens to maintain integrations and refresh reporting data. You acknowledge that third-party integrations inherently involve operational and security risk, and that prompt revocation or rotation may be necessary if access should end.

9. Data retention and deletion

Account records, connection records, reporting data, and operational logs may remain in the service for a reasonable period based on service operation, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and contractual retention needs. Deletion timing may vary by deployment and workspace agreement.

10. Intellectual property and product materials

XLabs Solutions and its licensors retain rights in the software, product materials, and service configuration, except for customer data and third-party platform data that remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

11. Disclaimers and limitation baseline

The service is provided on a practical operational basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service may be provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or fitness for every customer workflow. Final launch terms should receive legal review and, where appropriate, be supplemented by a commercial agreement.
